Ask once

Sign in with Google and your request goes to Xavier. Once he approves it, the Sync button in Project Phases, Budget Tracker and Idea Bank keeps your work in step between your phone and computer.

Your data is yours: each account only ever sees its own. Xavier runs the database, so as its administrator he could technically open it — he won’t, but you should know.

Removing someone stops their sync straight away; their tools carry on in their browser, and whatever they synced stays stored under their account in case you let them back. Declined accounts can’t ask again until you allow them.
